Refund and Buyout Policy

LeadCraft Digital, operated by Jeremy David Essers (“LeadCraft Digital”, “we”, “our”, “us”) provides clear, transparent policies for project refunds and Growth Site Buyouts. This policy should be read alongside our Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.

Refund Policy

We strive to ensure every client is satisfied with their Growth Site and the setup process. However, due to the customised nature of our services, refunds are limited under the following terms:

Setup Fees

Setup fees (including any discounted or promotional setup amounts) are non-refundable once work has commenced. Work is considered commenced once onboarding has started, assets have been collected, or the first design/build task has been initiated.

Monthly Subscriptions

Ongoing monthly plan payments (Local Launch, Growth Engine, Scale Pro) cover hosting, maintenance, and active automations. Subscriptions may be cancelled at any time with 30 days’ written notice to [email protected]. Refunds are not provided for partial months or unused periods after cancellation.

Service Delivery Guarantee

If you believe there has been a failure to deliver agreed deliverables (e.g., the Growth Site™ not launched within 14 days after all assets are received), please contact us within 5 business days of the due date. We’ll review and resolve the issue promptly, either by completing the work or issuing a fair credit or refund.

Buyout Policy

Clients license their Growth Site™ as part of an ongoing subscription. If you wish to take full ownership and end your subscription, you may request a Buyout Transfer at any time.

Buyout Terms

The Buyout Fee equals 3× your current monthly plan plus a $490 transfer and documentation fee. Upon payment, LeadCraft Digital will transfer all site files, DNS records, and documentation necessary for you (or your new provider) to host and manage the site independently. We’ll even assist in the transfer process to ensure a smooth handover. Zero drama guaranteed.
